Sizing

Which size should I buy, help with finding the right size?

Most products will have a size guide link within the product page. The size guides will contain measurements for various parts of the item. From this, you can measure against another of your currently owned items and compare for best fit.

Ordering

How do I place an order with Peak Life Clothing?

Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 2-4 working days of confirmation of your order.

I’m having problems placing my order – can you help?

How much do you charge for delivery?

This can be found on our Shipping and Delivery Page on The Footer Menu. 

What payment methods can I use?

Peak Life Clothing accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. We also accept secure payments via PayPal and Clear Pay.

 How does Peak Life Clothing protect my personal information?

We take GDPR very seriously and follow guidelines with sensitive customer information.

Shipping & Returns

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tacking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website.
 
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from The Peak Life Clothing office in London - UK
 
Can I return an item?
If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 10 days of receiving your order.
 
Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels attached). Exceptions can be made for items deemed faulty that cannot be fixed or replaced as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 
If you believe the goods to be faulty please email contact@peaklifeclothing.co.uk with the order reference number.
 
We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 working days, however during busy periods this process may take slightly longer. 
 
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order. For purchases made with gift cards, we will issue an online credit to you account on our website.
 
What if I receive the wrong item?
Although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please email contact@peaklifeclothing.co.uk and include your order number and name.
